We have made changes in our ESS for Basecamp pricing , but it is in favour of customers. Price and plan remains same . Only new features are added to each plan :)

Gantt reporting [New feature]

Hi Everyone

This post is going to delight you when you will know what’s new coming up on your ESS Dashboard.

Guess what? Gantt Reporting.

What is Gantt Reporting?

Normally you see Gantt charts with static content related to either a project or either a user on ESS but now you will get all the advanced combo filters available with the power of a Gantt Chart. You will be able to generate

  • Custom Gantt Charts with advance combo filters
  • Print and Export Options
  • Date Range

This feature will be available on ESS for Basecamp and ESS for Redbooth under different new plans. Later will be available on ESS for Asana too.

ESS for Basecamp plan update

Dear Customers,

How are you doing? I hope great.
We will soon be updating ESS for Basecamp plans. These changes will be taking in first week of February 2014. And every user will receive an official mail regarding this.

What will be the change?
We will be eliminating the free plan completely and trial period for new signups will be increased to 30 days from 14 days. No changes in premium pricing will be there.

Why this change?
Because we are making some changes in our go to market approach.

What will happen to current customers running free plan?
A 7 day period will be granted to the users once we officially mail them. In these 7 days they can upgrade to our premium plan. After 7 days, their free accounts will be suspended and they will be asked to switch to premium to continue. They can choose to upgrade or they can choose to leave ESS for Basecamp.
